Get to know your farmer, baker, and artisan! The Open Air Market operates every Wednesday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m., May 20 through August 26. Grounds are open to the public; manor-house tours require tickets.

A day of live bluegrass on the grounds of Poplar Grove, Saturday, June 13, 2026, 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Food, family activities, and a full lineup across the day.

Pender County presents the annual NC Blueberry Festival in nearby Burgaw — a BBQ cook-off, car & truck show, street fair, kids’ activities, and of course, blueberries.

Poplar Grove’s holiday festival of lights returns on weekends (Fri–Sun, 5–9 p.m.) from Thanksgiving weekend through December. Advance tickets available at a discount.
