Facility Rental
Poplar Grove Foundation, Inc. is committed to its mission of conservation, education, and preservation, and no longer rents the historic site for wedding ceremonies and receptions.
For opportunities to rent the grounds for an outdoor private event, or the heated indoor barn, please email suzette@poplargrove.org. Approval is on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing
Base price is $1,800 for 100 persons. Additional fees apply based on guest counts over 100 and/or the use of outdoor spaces for tents and parking (e.g., movie productions). Indoor barn availability is limited by event type and schedule.
Political fundraising events are not permitted: as a 501(c)(3), Poplar Grove is prohibited from participating in any political campaign.
In 2026, the site continues its strategic plan — a new ticket office, self-guided tours, enhanced school programs, an expanded Gullah Geechee Heritage exhibit, a footprint of the original tenant houses, restored use of the Manor House lower level, and a Carriage House exhibit.
